Audiobook - The Wake-Up Call - Beth O'Leary
Thanks Caitlin for buying this and letting me borrow it! I think Caitlin likes Beth O'Leary since this is the third book I've read - all donated by my sister-in-law.
This book is funny and cute, a real feel good read. It's made better by the two narrators who have the perfect voices, accents and performance. I have never heard of Lino Facioli before this audiobook, but I'm pretty sure I am in love with him just because of the sexiness of his voice. Apparently he had a small part in game of thrones? He was absolutely perfect as Lucas.
Officially a Romance, like other O'Leary books, there is so much more going on here. Set in a New Forest Hotel, there is laugh-out-loud comedy and fantastic characters from Lucas to the wild cast of guests. This is a book that is all heart; a story about kindness, humanity and seeing the best in every situation.
