The Magic Finger by Roald Dahl
I was beginning to wonder if my dissatisfaction with the kids books we have read recently was due to me being, well, not a kid. I am happy to report that is not the case. We picked up a favourite from my childhood, and it was just as good now as it was in the 90's. Ella loved it. She has been running around with her magic finger turning people into all sorts of animals and making magic happen! It only took us a couple of days to finish because Ella wanted more, more, more.
Auntie Caitlin has purchased a whole Roald Dahl collection on vinted and I can't wait to get started working my way through the rest!
