Audiobook - Vera Wong's Unsolicited Advice for Murderers - Jesse Q. Sutanto

This was a fantastic listen. Vera Wong reminds me of Hanne, an elderly friend of the family, who took over in the same brisk no-nonsense way. Once you step through the door you accept that you are now part of her orbit and at the slightest suggestion you find yourself watering plants or peeling potatoes, or in the case or Vera Wong, helping to solve a murder. I hope everyone gets to meet a Vera at some point in their lives.
The other characters were very sympathetic too, and I could personally relate to each of them in different ways. Maybe I'm biased as a Mum but I loved little Emma.
Then you get to the story. Which was a fantastically complex who-dunnit of the 'everyone has a motive and an opportunity' Agatha Christie vibe. I didn't guess the culprit.
