I was beginning to think most kids books outside of the famous ones are all trash, but nope not here! This one I hadn't heard of and was actually good. Magic talking cats and a night-time adventure that was just the right side of scary for a 4 year old. Perfect.

Ella loved the cats unsurprisingly. Looking forward to reading the rest of the series now.

Delightful, (and comes with cats). 8/10
